PIPE NOTCHER & GRINDERS
- The SPN belt‑driven pipe notching machine delivers an exceptional notch finish thanks to the high precision of its roller‑and‑belt notching system.
- It can grind square, rectangular, and round pipes in various wall thicknesses and is suitable for all commonly used materials. The grinding belt can be tensioned quickly, and grinding rollers can be changed within seconds. Equipped with an integrated deburring table, the machine allows pipes to be deburred immediately after grinding. This combination of functions makes the machine genuinely multifunctional.
Standard Accessories
- Notching operation can be done by appropriate roll according to pipe and profile diameter
- Quick clamping and loosening by using the movable vise
- Vise has right-left and forward-backward movement feature (Ball bearing system)
- Notching operation can be done up to 50° with angled vise
- Optional pneumatic vice
- Ø19, Ø21, Ø25, Ø32, Ø38, Ø42, Ø48, Ø52, Ø60, Ø76 rolls standard
